Spring has sprung!

You know that spring has arrived when you hear the buzz of lawn mowers almost every day! It’s a great time to do some outdoor projects and check some things around the exterior or your house to prevent potential problems.

Have you checked and cleaned your gutters? Clogged gutters plus sprung rains can equal a nasty water mess. And seriously, who wants to deal with water leaking in to their basement because gutters aren’t draining properly?

Be sure to check all the downspouts too! They may have holes preventing proper drainage. Or, they may have become detached from the gutters on the side of your house. The goal is to keep water flowing away from your mansion – not puddling up next to it.
